Thumb Pivot Dowel Tolerance #1

The 2nd thumb pivot dowel cavity is too tight for the M3 dowel

The diameter of the Boolean was at a strange value of 3.076 mm. Probably accidentally scaled. Have adjusted it to 3.4 mm leaving a 0.2 mm tolerance either side of the M3 dowel. This is the same as the other pivot dowel boolean which fit well.

Dowel now fits snuggly.
