Poorly fitting thumb ligament #31

Although it's the correct shape, the tolerances on the thumb ligament appear to be off. It fits poorly in both the palm-side ligament cover and the thumb itself

Ligament resized. Connection points on the thumb; and the palm-side ligament cover; were completely redesigned. They now secure the ligament much better. To do this the thumb ligament was moved anteriorly from the palmar side of the inner palm. This allows for the ligament cover on the thumb to have some thickness at the joint.
