Thumb pivot-dowel rattles #33

The thumb pivot-dowel in the palm-side, thumb ligament cover is designed to pop in. It does this very nicely. However, it is loose in its notch after it has popped through the constriction. It can, therefore, rattle when it is in place.

Change was not effective. Consider shortening the clip as well?
