The way the booleans intersect around the connectors means there are gaps. The PCB is clearly visible.

Could make a tight fitting Cheetah clip that seals around the ports.

The USB, headphone jack and DC jack are now surrounded by a Cheetah cover. This tightly seals around them, removing the gaps.
