Lip around palm #59

The outer palm should have a lip along the dorsal edge.

This will catch glue in the moulding process. It will also hide the exposed edge, helping to prevent the skin peeling off.

Prints nicely, Lines up well with the back cover.

It adds stiffness to the frame across the distal palmar edge making it hard to assemble. I am printing a version without the distal hook. Removing the hook should reduce the stiffness; the hook is needed less if the stiffness from the lip can prevent a gap opening on that edge.
