Tendon can be pulled through irretrievably #69

The tendon is a fold of line. Both ends are terminated at the fingertip. The line runs from there through the finger and palm, around the motor connection, and then back to the fingertip.

The assembly order means the fold (i.e. the bend) is clipped into the motor, and then sealed in by the GALA (Gibbard Asymmetric Linear Actuator) cover. The tails, yet to be terminated at the fingertip, protrude from the palm tendon channels. It is, therefore, possible to hold one end of the tendon and pull it through. Fixing this would require undoing all the steps up to the point where the GALA cover is attached.

Think of a way to prevent the tendon being pulled during assembly.
