Very difficult to thread thumb tendon. #94

The channel is wide enough for one tendon but the thumb is doubled. It's almost impossible to thread both.

Widen the slot

Still a little tricky to get the two tendons into the proximal opening; it wasn't widened to maintain the tendon path.

However, the tendons no longer get stuck half way along the tube.
