HAL_RCCEx_GetPeriphCLKFreq function:

is missing support for many peripherals, for example on STM32H7 it does not support retrieval of peripheral frequency for I2C clocks (for example for peripheral clock identifier RCC_PERIPHCLK_I2C1)
