licenseSet has no child element licensefile #289

The documentation of the licenseSet element https://open-cmsis-pack.github.io/Open-CMSIS-Pack-Spec/main/html/pdsc_licenseSets_pg.html#element_licenseSet lists a children element licensefile. But below the element is just named license.

According to latest PACK.xsd the element is just called license while the data type is LicensefileType, see https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/Open-CMSIS-Pack-Spec/blob/464aaf5634f8fe12dfc8b63b64436f8df2439664/schema/PACK.xsd#L1797.
