Remove `outdirs:` from cproject.yml schema #1591

Describe the bug

https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/cmsis-toolbox/blob/main/docs/YML-Input-Format.md#output-dirs is only premitted on *.csolution.yml level. However the schema does not prevent usage in cproject.yml files.

Expected behavior Remove outdirs: from cproject.yml schema
