Fixed description for choices of bit-field specifications, where child elements did not match parent. Responding to: https://github.com/ARM-software/CMSIS_5/issues/1646

@jkrech Maybe it's better to keep the same order as in SVD Schema?

In case of choice I don't see why the equivalent order in the documentation and the schema matters much. @JonatanAntoni please approve and merge.
