Description of Enhancement :

We don't have a great way to represent this now, but I guess we could use an non-person entity?

Why is this Needed?

Provides more visibility and clarity

Anything else we need to know?

@JSv4 to investigate whether there can be non co-equal joint ownership

TWG Notes:

Could be modelled as institutions, which may be better named as entity, if name goes in the legal_name field of name type.
As a future enhancement, may be worth adding signing authority flag for institutions.

If this is required for now, this can be modelled as an individual with specific name that conveys the requisite joint ownership. If that's not sufficient, we'll reopen.
