Describe the bug

Bug Info :

Register button should be highlighted along with the navigation elements.
The register button should stand out in the navigation bar.

Expected behavior

Register button styles should be added :

border
background color
separate hover effect

@4F24L Designing a button doesn't count under contribution. Try to find out more issues and merge them. Or make a slider navbar for small screens. Also, make sure that the register button matches the website theme colouring. Kindly, reply if you want to do this. so, I will assign.
