Still required: "regulator-issued license (i.e. Board of Pharmacy, BOP) or registration record (FDA)." Do BOPs license 3PLs as well? If not, check all references to BOP in section 5 5.5 License Status Check: Propose that if the state in question does not issue licenses, then the CI cannot issue. No license to check. 5.6 Check Summary: what checks must repackagers and 3PLs pass?
