HTTP Status Codes - audit suggestion #14

Considering the possibility of an OCI conformance audit or other assessment for wallets, OCI should consider setting a pass threshold for compliance with HTTP Status Code requirements.

It comes down to the question: Should a whole wallet be considered non-compliant if few errors codes are not as specified? (This would imply a 100% pass threshold.) What would be an acceptable threshold? Should some errors be weighted heavier than others?

I am not suggesting for this to be documented in these conformance criteria but would consider this in OCI's conformance program.

following conversations with OCI members, I withdraw this issue
