shortened intro #17

to unify the intro for all OCI conformance criteria, I have removed sections that are repeated in the Getting Started guide and, instead, added a reference to this guide. the CI criteria will receive the same treatment

@bluesteens Looks good! Could you copy the v2.0.0 folder to v2.0.1 and put your changes there? We should not modify already published and existing folders

@bluesteens You don't need to open a new PR for everything, i think you could've done the change here. I will close this one and merge the other OK?
