feat: add addressCountry to both credential types #1

Propsoal: Add missing field addressCountry to both credential types, as not every company might have it's headquarters based in the US.

I also moved globalLocationNumber in the DSCSAATPCredential to the top, grouping the address related fields to the bottom.

I will merge this for now as theses schemas are still in DRAFT status.
