Comment upon and flesh out our evaluation plan #5

This summer we will be running 1-2 day professional development programs with teachers who teach grades 4-12. The teachers will have a variety of subject matter expertise including English, Science, Computer Science, Health and Media.

Our evaluation materials are located in this Google Drive folder. We plan to do a relatively short pre and post survey with the teachers with open ended group discussion at the end of the training. Help us understand our impact and where we can improve by fleshing out our evaluation plan.

@stephwright Ack! Fixed. Let me know if you need any context. As you can see, it's currently in a half-complete state.

I put my old "assessment librarian" hat on and made some suggestions. Mostly along the lines about keeping questions less open to interpretation and thinking about how you would actually use the data from the question if you got it.
