Separated Data Governance -object (to be discussed in the working group)

Based on feedback, ODPS should include improved Data Governance with the following aspects:

• Ownership and accountability: Clarified with a possible connection to existing owner/holder elements.
• Update policy
• Data privacy and information security
• Access permissions and licensing (incl. existing licenseobject)
• Data source and data quality (Enhanced from the current quality aspect / based on discussion and feedback)
• Contract management and licensing (Enhanced from the current license object aspect)
• Version control (Already exists, but does it require improvement? version)
• Metadata about the data Itself (Describing data fields, types, values, or referring to schema documentation)
• Practices and guidelines
