Which problem is this feature request solving?

Review of which elements and attributes should be mandatory. For this we need consumer feedback. Possibly make a survey and have discussions with ODPS applying orgs.

Describe the solution you'd like

Better alignment with business needs regarding what is mandatory and what is not. That results to better adoption.

1. Prepare example of bare minimum example containing just mandatory elements and attributes.
2. Create a survey to vote and justify from business reasons which should be mandatory and which not.
3. Analyse the results, have a discussion with some ODPS consumers to take a deeper dive for reasons.
4. Make decisions for next release candidate.
5. Apply changes to Dev version

Based on the Dev version that example with just mandatory elements and attributes is rather simple. I would say that for example short description should be mandatory as well.
