Process data from 10/5/21 and 12/9/21 PRRs

  1. A list of all utility customers that were disconnected from utility service on September 24, 2021 to November 24, 2021
  2. A current list of all utility customers that have a past-due account balance, as of 11/29/2021
• PRR2021.620
  1. A list of all utility customers that were disconnected from utility service on April 24, 2021 to September 24, 2021.
  2. A current list of all utility customers that have a past-due account balance, as of 9/24/2021.

Need to:

• break up Excel file into 2 files -- disconnected and past-due

the disconnections data is processed! I may not process the past due dataset until much later, but the data is available in the raw folder for when I have more time to go through the past due accounts data
