Separate commonly used functionality #8

We should join forces for all node.js based services and implement endpoints that are not back-end specific as modules that can be shared between back-ends. I created a repository for this: https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-nodejs-commons

This could include process graph endpoints, authorization, file management, data and process discovery and should be at least useful for Sentinel Hub (@mkadunc) and Earth Engine.

Closing as GEE is currently the only nodeJS based back-end, all others use Python. Therefore no priority until end of the project. May be re-opened later.
