run prod support apps on nifi-prod #191

Follow-up ticket of #174.

The Docker image that is currently in production for the OpenEO web app (vito-docker-private.artifactory.vgt.vito.be/openeo-yarn:20220719-361) is not yet ready to run the support apps (job tracker and siblings) on nifi-prod.

Upon the next promotion of dev to prod, the processors on dataflow.intern should be replaced with their equivalents on nifi-prod.

Fixed after promotion of 20220808-478.

Job tracker is temporariliy back to running on dataflow.intern because it has an upstream processor; Bram was already planning on moving this to nifi-prod and put this work into the current sprint.
