As discussed with @JanssenBrm : when doing ETL reporting we should always use the OIDC "sub" as user id

regular users should not be reported by user name
service accounts should be reported by "sub" of the token (sort of "user id" associated with client id), not some kind of adhoc mapped user id as introduced in https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-python-driver/issues/168
