Already did initial setup based on presto-worldcereal inspiration

• [x] basic github actions setup
• [x] enable + fix isort checks -> #21
• [x] enable + fix black checks -> #22
• [x] ~enable + fix flake8~ -> #24
  • [x] alternatively enable + fix ruff checks -> #25
• [x] enable + fix pytest collection checks -> #23
• [x] once above items settled: update .pre-commit-config.yaml accordingly
