@VincentVerelst Okay I renamed the bands for optical in the stac catalogue to "S2-", I also slightly change how the items are generated in the on_job_done method. Now the post-job actions will receive as input not a list of paths, but a list of pystac.Items, the user will be responsible to return the updated list of items. In the notebook case in examples/extraction_pipelines/S2_extraction_pipeline.ipynb, the user adds an asset to the item containing the rasterized crop type
