Make asset description configurable by user instead of hardcoded "auxiliary" def. #57

At the moment, the stac item asset definitions are hardcoded in the openeo-gfmap/stac/constants.py file.

The auxiliary definition is hardcoded and project dependent on WorldCereal, ideally the user should be able to configure that itself for his project.

Leave the possibility of adding a variable amount of item asset definition by the user, and update the examples in the gfmap repository.
