Pyscaffold is preventing install of this package, because it fails to parse the version tag. As far as I can see, there isn't anything vital that we need it for. I'll revisit how this package is distributed and continuously integrated as part of #99, but I'm pretty sure I'd have ripped out pyscaffold anyways.
