The "out.time" netcdf file has been changed to closer reflect a file we may have on the system.
The max values for the bbox used for querying equi7 tiles will be incremented by one if x_min and x_max values match.
osgeo dependency changed to gdal, as this is causing issues on installation (this dependency mb shouldn't be in setup and listed as some prerequisite).
