Brainstorm about how the appearance of the plugin could be improved. So for example:
Where in the QGIS GUI should it be: (e.g. in the "Browser" window/panel, or a button like it is)
Maybe split the functionality in separate dialog windows like e.g. the web editor
Maybe re-arranging of the elements in the dialog window
