Remove empty callbacks or set null #115

Based on https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-usecases/pull/9#issue-494701446: For optional parameters, empty callbacks should be removed or set to null, depending on what is allowed. Also, empty process graphs in callback should not prevent from importing a process, but just show a message and proceed the import.

Fixed, still needs to be deployed today.

Has been released and deployed as version 0.5.0.
