Load results via query on startup #250

Add the batch job id or canonical link (base64 encoded?) as query parameter and then load/show the result in the viewer and also load the process graph into the model viewer (if available).

This requires the back-ends to:

  1. Support the canonical link in results
  2. Export the process graph to the result STAC item
