We should have the following things improved regarding UDFs:

A getting started guide for UDFs (user side), python and r
Fix link to UDF Python API (backend side) on https://openeo.org/documentation/1.0/developers/backends/udfs.html, depends on https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-udf/issues/27
Add link to UDF R docs (backend side)
