Getting feedback from mentees

It would be great to have concrete and specific feedback from mentees with regard to content subjects, expectations. It is a very important source of validation that we are developing the proper approach.

Possible approaches

• Getting feedback every 5 weeks? or 4 weeks? As we currently have a 14 week program, getting feedback only at the end can be risky. Having the forms also in combination with the peer review can be a nice add.
• The form should validate key assumptions we have about the program like redundant content, or inconsistencies, etc.
