I was looking at this weeks topics and its very general and complex. There is also a lot of overlap in this section with personas and pathways and building for open. Perhaps a more concrete aspect to focus on is funding, donations, cooperative models, opportunities and tools to sustain projects.

Ideas for the presentation and slides

• Provide a very concrete framework, like for instance Elinor Ostrom principles of managing the commons.
• Use a case study like precious plastis, wikipedia (Can we invite someone from a "succesfull"/ impactful project?)
• Can we invite some expert to talk (For instance Martin from Libre solar??)

Ideas for possible assignments

• Read some case studies of succesfull management models, succesfull open source projects .... Other ideas?
