Editing and publishing video

Hi, I don't see it very practical to slice the video. It's time consuming for us and i don't think anyone will reuse this material in that format. We will also have other peer review calls and other cohorts, and having multiple videos don't seem to me as the best option.

I propose to of course edit it (remove silent beggining and stuff) and timestamping each project. One link to youtube for the call, timestamped like songs in an album, and people can review in one place not only their pitches but others. In the extremely rare case someone wants the video of their own part, they can always download it from our drive and cut it, but I don't think we should spend our already super limited time on that.

Alright I uderstand maybe for the final round it makes sense? Or for the sprint preparation?

Yes, for those I think it makes more sense, for the sprint I'd say, as it will be promotional content
