The instructions here should be to acquire and load a PBF version of the OHM planet file.
Touch base with @jeffreyameyer and document a procedure here, whether there is an endpoint or URL where the OHM PBF may be had, or that it requires asking for help from other OHM staff. (and if the latter, documentation could be helpful there as well?)
