Relevant to #3 in which we would be highlighting features which have bad date data.

In order to do anything about these features, we would need the osm_id

[x] add to the layer back-end query wrappers, and to the Datasource items, the osm_id
- accept that not all data are from OSM/OHM, so "" will be normal
[x] front-end, add as proof/test.
