Hardening of Token Refresh mechanism #454

From several projects, we get reports that the token refresh mechanism does not work properly with Agent v2.3.0. Investigation and finding the root cause is needed.

developer platform from IFF is on v2.0.3-beta.1 which does not contain offline token. Platform refresh issue should be solved by next release v2.1.0-beta.1
