MagicDraw commit to MMS，cannot open in VE #230

new a project on MagicDraw and commit project and model to MMS，but cannot open in VE af0bb6f037a9fc4c2a8a55e34ec075e

MMS version : 4.0.20 MDK version：5.1.3 VE version：5.0.0-dev operating system：windows 11

通过MMS的API检查下是否包含已提交的项目，如果包含但ve不显示，建议清除浏览器缓存重新尝试。
