problem accessing by msui demodata files #2383

I recreate my env first.

When having this - you broke some dependencies in your environment. Solution is to recreate your environment. Or try to get back in its revision history and restore one working, see https://conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/user-guide/tasks/manage-environments.html#restoring-an-environment
