how to upload. it seems to be working with Version 13 in London (autocert environment).

got it, let me organize something. u need the raw data from cme ? any channel ?

A small pcap with a few different messages is fine. If a dissector works for one message, it tends to work for all of them. In the cases there is an error, users tend to post up individual problems here. Thanks for your efforts btw. Getting example data has been challenging.
