Target input/output power and OSNR for Network Media Channel (NMC) connectivity-services #353

I think there is a basic disaggregation use case for which I think it might be needed to include/extend the Photonic-Media model with some target values for connectivity-service creation between NMC service-interface-points.

Imagine a disaggregated environment where the NMC is provisioned by a TAPI server entity different from the one in charge of the OTSI transmitting entities (e.g., the transponders).

In that case the TAPI client entity, which is aware of the RX sensibility parameters of the OTSI nodes, needs to enforce a target output power and output OSNR values at the connectivity-service-end-points. Also, the input power and OSNR values might be included as target-input-power/OSNR in the request to provide the NMC controlling entity the neccesary information to develop the physical impairments calculus.

Please find attached my proposal for model augmentation to include physical impairments validation constrains into the NMC connectivity service creation:
