Adjustment to connection spec model approach. Placeholder connection spec class in Topology and Connectivity replaced with simple attribute of type uuid. UML and Yang updated.

Augments of streaming made to depend upon the support for the streaming feature such that streaming can then be optional. Yang updated.

Yang trees regenerated for the changed models.
