Updates to equipment as per detail in "Various enhancements to the equipment model"(https://github.com/OpenNetworkingFoundation/TAPI/commit/6544986aa839aa42a9958dee09da225b534e0233)

Only equipment has changed, the modifications mentioned wrt streaming in the history were rolled back prior to the commit.
