TAPI RIA v1.1 - typo on FEC type configuration #544

In Table 29: otsia-connectivity-service-end-point-spec (OTSiA CSEP) object definition, the FEC type configuration is wrongly marked as RO/Read Only, it shall be RW/Read Write.
