Requires creation of Revenue and Expense objects. AccruedRevenue, BudgetedRevenue, OperatingExpense, similar elements. Some definitions for these terms:

• AccruedRevenue : Revenue calculated using the accounting definition of "Accrued" (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accrualaccounting.asp)
• BudgetedRevenue: Revenue that has been forecasted using financial models and forecasted solar generation from PVWatts or the like (idealy this term should be called ForecastedRevenue!)
• The other terms should all be self explanatory (Cliff, please let me know if they are not).
