Remake SoilingRatio elements #274

Contributes to #119

Adds object SoilingReport, elements SoilingRatioIrrad, SoilingRatioPower, SoilingRatioEnergy and corresponding Arrays.

Removes the generic SoilingRatio and SoilingRatios.
