Create PrivateKeyAddresses Array Object to enclose PrivateKeyAddress Element

I was expecting to see Device.PrivateKeyAddresses and didn't. Am I missing something?

It has been applied to the Device object. See the addition at line 141 of the JSON file, that is where it is applied to the object.

I will be prepared to share this with you tomorrow during the workgroup meeting.
