Provide Clarification around the use of PrivateKeyAddress vs UUID #299

UUID is meant to be used within databases to provide a unique identifier for use within relational databases for reference purposes.

PrivateKeyAddress: Unique value that has low likelihood to be spoofed, used Supports movement toward decentralized data sources. Example provided in description is non-standardized and is one approach to generate PrivateKeyAddress string.
